Unity Through Gaming
Community Support
Hear from our first responders about the impact of gaming together.
Being a part of this community has helped me quite a bit with my own mental health, knowing that some of the issues I’ve encountered are ones that have happened. Talking with others, them giving me ways to handle those situations, and getting some tips on ways that can help when handling certain situations that I had not thought of. Being able to talk with others who understand what the struggles are within this field has helped my own mental health because it’s hard talking to those outside of it.

The camaraderie and understanding within this community have been invaluable for my mental health. Gaming together helps us unwind and connect in ways we truly need.
